Seperated from wife possibly divorce and she is pregnant?

My wife is pregnant I dunno if the child is mine we have been seperated for a month and she says she is divorcing me but hasnt filed or anything. She has been very mean to me and gotten drunk and hit me in the past. Could i take her off my health insurance at work legally?
