At my wits end withh this cat!!!?

sounds like a board kitty for the hyper activity play with him lots so at night he will be calm and at night give him toys to play with and hide food in different places of the house this gives him something to do all night and for the trash picking just get a trash can that has a lid or if u have a lid already then get a lock for it or keep it in a kitchen closet if you have one and with the scratching get this stuff called "no scratch" it really works and spray his scratching post with catnip so its more appealing some cats dont like the angle or location of the scratcher so try moving it to a quiet area too if the scratcher looks dull then you may need to get a new one or if it makes your cat scratch at an angle it doesnt lile
