Whycan't we just consider his ring accomplishments?

Why can't we just forget about Chris Benoit and what he did out side the ring and concentrate on his ring accomplishments to vote him into the wwe hof? It's not like any of our sins are worse than his in God's eyes. And they aren't aren't.
