Some good guitar strings?

my high e string on my bc rich kerry kings warlock just broke. and obviously when a string breaks, practically the rest are worthless. i want a good brand of strings that are cheap, sound great, and have a metal sound. and maybe seem a bit louder when unplugged and don't break XD.
