Losing 7lbs in a month?

its possible, i suggest you eat breakfast for one (at least something light like a smoothie). eat fruits and veggie, no high calorie snacks (Eddy's has some cool low fat ice cream). eat frequent, small portions or food, on some people that doesnt work, so also try eating larger portions but not as often. try walking or going outside more frequently. ask some friends to go hang out at the park or anywhere that involves a lot of movement. hope this helps
