Is Interval Training a myth or real?
I did Interval Training by sprinting 3 floors for 20 seconds and then taking 40 second breaks and repeating this 6 times.. And my weight still remains to be 87 kgs.. Can anybody tell me what is wrong and what is the cure to this?
