That seems to be the consensus of the right wing bloggers. The phrase "no doubt emanating from academia" is one they like to use whenever they criticize an opinion they don't agree with. Catch phrases are no replacement for serious discussions regarding how the United States handles people we take prisoner and how we reconcile their treatment with the laws of this country, no matter where they were captured.
