I am 14 years old teen and i have choices for exercise?

i have a 1000 m in length and 1000 m in width plain nice green land behind my house or should i go out running in the streets, the big land has kangaroos (big reds) and the streets have peadophiles. i wanna pick the land but i would want to know what you guys would think? yes i am allowed on the land if anyone asks
