How come Cleveland did not take the Morris brothers at 1st and 4th?

that makes a lot of sense....take williams..knowing with the 4th pick..your gonna get a PG. Might even get Irving. Put the pressure on other teams knowing this is a weak draft..you should be a GM..lol
