Help please my are not producing hardly any milk?

i can not feed because my are too long and she chokes on them. so I've pumping with a medela electric pump and when i started i would get about 4 ozs. a time now I'm lucky to get that much in a day. the pump seems to not be sucking as hard as it use to or i got use to it. the nurse at the doctors office thinks i have mastitise. i have large lumps that are red and a fever and flu like symptoms so i go see him tomarrow, but would that have anything to do with not producing? i've tried maging then squeezing my areola and then a stream comes out, but it takes a long time to do that and it's very painfull. i have to give her formula so she doesn't starve. am i out of options?
