Gag Orders in Canada?

What are Canadian laws regarding a gag order?? I would like to file one on TSN's Pierre McGuire and shut this mouthpiece up once and for all. His useless comments throughout the games just drive me crazy and make me want to watch the game with no volume. I vote we petition that Cie Campbell and McGuire switch roles and give her the mens hockey and mouthpiece demoted to womens hockey. All in favor???
